Eurofun2000.com and/or the owners of the business known as Kinematografs Ltd. (hereinafter known as the "LICENSOR") warrants that
the Licensor:
(a) has full ownership and copyright of all content listed in this contract (hereinafter known as "LICENSED CONTENT")
(b) all Licensed Content was created after March 3rd, 1999 and complies with US Title 18, Section #2257. Records as required by Section #2257 are kept by the custodian of records Kinematografs Ltd., 5-20 Ugales street , Liepaja, LV-3407, LATVIA
(c) model releases have been obtained for all Licensed Content and are in the custody of the Licensor
(d) all models were over the age of eighteen years at the time of modelling for Licensed Content.

LICENSEE

Upon receipt of payment to the Licensor from the Licensee, The Licensee is hereby granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable licensee ("hereinafter known as the "LICENSEE") to display the Licensed Content listed, on their web site.

TERMS and CONDITIONS of this LICENCE

PAYMENT

The Licensee shall make payment in full to the Licensor of the amount agreed to by the Licensor for the purchase of this Licence. The Licensee shall not cause directly or indirectly to have such payment or part of such payment cancelled, reversed or credited back to the Licensee and acknowledges that such action constitutes fraud. This clause does not preclude any rights the Licensee may have under Consumer Protection Legislation

OWNERSHIP

All Licensed Content shall remain fully owned by and copyright shall remain with Eurofun2000.com and/or the owners of Eurofun2000.com

EDITING IMAGES

Web content may be edited in the following formats: Size changes, cropped, color corrections, image rotations and skewing, production of animated gifs and text applied.

LIMITATIONS OF USE

The Licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive website Licensee to display and use the Licensed Content for online user downloading from the Licensee's website. The Licensee agrees not to sell or distribute the content on diskettes, CD ROMS or any other medium. The Licensee shall not trade any of the Licensed Content for a links on any other sites or any other service or product. The Licensee may not distibute the Licensed Content in any printed form.

ACCESS BY MINORS

The Licensee agrees to limit access of the Licensed Content depicting sexual acts and genitalia to only individuals of legal age as defined by law. The Licensee agrees to assume total responsibility for the Licensee's use of the Licensed Content and to hold the Licensor harmless in any action against the Licensee in which the Licensed Content is involved and/or specified either generally or in particular.

The Licensee agrees not to use the Licensed Content where such use violates local law or ordinance.

THIRD PARTY SALES

It is expressly forbidden for the Licensee to sell, lease or give away the Licensed Content to other party(s)

DOMAINS AND URL'S

The Licensee agrees to notify the Licensor of all domain names where the Licensed Content is used.

VIOLATION OFCONTRACT

In the event that the Licensee violates any of the terms of this Licensee the Licensee shall remove all Licensed Content from all web sites and/or any other media in which the Licensed Content has been used. The Licensee shall not be entitled to any refund of monies paid with respect to this Licence.

LEGAL ACTION

Violation of this Licensee and International Copyright laws will render the Licensee subject to civil action and/or public prosecution which may be punishable by fines, jail sentence, payment of damages to the Licensor and legal costs.

AGREEMENT

The Licensee warrants the Licensee is of of legal age and is legally permitted to obtain adult content.
